Kicking1on1 offers instruction on all elements of the kicking game and helps prepare our students physically, technically, and mentally.  Although this is a general list of topics covered, we also customize our instruction to our student's needs.  Occasionally, our students may need instruction and advice on a specific situation or a specific kick or punt their high school or college coach requires them to execute.  In these cases, we work with our students to find the optimal way to execute while maintaining their technique and form.
