Kicking1on1 Instructors and Coaching Staff
Kicking1on1 maintains two instructors, Head Instructor Mike MacGillivray, and Instructor Paul Stonehouse, seven camp counselors who coach at Kicking1on1's summer camps, and two snapping coaches, Coach Joe Boskovich and Coach Jeff Grau.
We believe that maintaining continuity in technique, method, philosophy, and training among our coaching staff is paramount to our student's continued success, so a hallmark of our coaching staff is that its growth remains proportional to the rate of our student's success: all of Kicking1on1's instructors and counselors are former or current Kicking1on1 students who have successfully trained at length under Kicking1on1's methods. We preserve this tradition and tenant among our coaching staff to ensure that our camp and coaching instruction remains aligned and consistent for the benefit of our students.
Kicking1on1's camp counselors are all current or former collegiate players who have found great success training under Kicking1on1's methods and have at least one year of collegiate experience under their belts.
Instructor Paul Stonehouse was Kicking1on1 Head Instructor Mike MacGillivray's personal coach through high school and college when Coach Mike trained with The Kicking Game organization, so we believe our emphasis on maintaining and preserving continuity in training, technique, method, and philosophy among our staff has proven an effective approach in our student's success and development.
In addition to our kicking and punting instructors, Kicking1on1 maintains two snapping coaches: Coach Joe Boskovich and Coach Jeff Grau, who both have relationships to Head Instructor Mike MacGillivray. Coach Jeff Grau, before his collegiate and NFL career, was Coach Mike's high school snapper at Loyola High School in Los Angeles. Coach Joe Boskovich was Coach Mike's snapper in college at USC.
